South Africa

1. Where we deliver

We are based in Centurion, Gauteng, and courier orders across Gauteng and the rest of South Africa. Delivery is available for goods purchased through this website or our usual sales channels.

2. Collection

If you would rather not wait for courier delivery, you can collect your order directly from our Centurion premises. Let us know via Contact or at checkout if you would prefer to collect.

3. Delivery cost and estimated time

Delivery cost depends on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the courier service used, so it is confirmed before your order is finalised rather than charged as a fixed rate. Delivery dates given at checkout or on a quotation are estimates, not guaranteed delivery windows — see section 9 of our Terms and Conditions for how delays are handled.

4. Stock availability and partial deliveries

Goods quoted ex-stock are subject to prior sale. Where an order includes items with different lead times, we may deliver in partial deliveries, each treated as a separate contract — a delay on part of an order does not entitle you to cancel the remainder.
