The Applicant (or its duly authorised agent / representative) hereby applies for a COD arrangement with Zetty Bemarking cc. This arrangement does not imply that an account with credit facilities has been awarded — it is an extended-payment arrangement to make payment within 10 days after the invoice date. The outstanding amount is limited to R5,000.00 (five thousand rand). The Company will not deliver goods to the Applicant's site; only the Applicant's representative may collect goods at the Company's premises.
